Sinds de release deze week heeft Kingdom Come: Deliverance al aardig wat GB aan patches ontvangen, zoals de 23GB van de day one-patch en nu patch 1.03, die tussen de 13 en 16GB weegt. Ofwel, binnen een paar dagen wordt de game vrijwel volledig vervangen door updates die het spel ten goede komen.
Deze nieuwste patch fikst het nodige, maar vooral een opvallende issue. De aanvalsknop R2 op de DualShock 4-controller van de PlayStation 4 reageert niet altijd, dus heeft ontwikkelaar Warhorse Studios hieraan gewerkt om de respons te fiksen.

Het probleem ligt bij hoe hard de speler de trigger in moet drukken om een aanval in te zetten, waarbij de ontwikkelaar de input pressure value verhoogt. Before you’ve downloaded the patch, you can fix the problem by manually remapping the R2 button to something different in the main menu. You do this by going into ‘Settings’ on the main PS4 home menu, then ‘Accessibility’. Then you need to scroll down to ‘Button Assignments’ and tick ‘Enable Custom Button Assignments’.
